Led a strategic revamp of Ezviz’s influencer program, helping Hikvision’s smart home division introduce smart home products across Latin America. Supporting the PR efforts, we wanted to highlight the emotional and practical value of the products from a user perspective.
We shifted from small tech creators to mid‑tier lifestyle influencers who demonstrated how the devices help users care for their families and pets. I managed end‑to‑end execution, including talent scouting, negotiations, bookings, briefs, content review, deliverable tracking, and final reporting.
The campaign delivered a 200% increase in engagement versus the previous initiative, halving the cost per view, and significantly improving ROI.
