HBO MAX Lauch
For the launch of HBO Max in Latin America, I managed talent for a digital party campaign, overseeing over 15 productions featuring musicians, celebrities, and models. Additionally, I coordinated around 60 creator videos. I handled outreach, negotiations, approvals, scheduling, and reporting with talent and agencies in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina.

Life Is Out: Reebok Latam
For the 2022 Reebok Latam’s Pride campaign, the brand faced several challenges. Public criticism of inauthentic Pride initiatives was growing. At the same time, the world was reopening after lockdowns, when acts of violence against LGBTQ+ people were on the rise. This context inspired the concept “Life is Out,” a call to reclaim public space, celebrate diversity, and reconnect Reebok’s classic “Life is Classic” spirit with a genuine message of visibility and pride.
To reflect the spirit of “Life is Classic,” the team chose to work with analog formats, recording key moments of the ad on Super 8 cameras.

Ezviz: Family Focus
Led a strategic revamp of the influencer program for smart home company Ezviz, helping introduce smart home products across Latin America. Supporting the PR efforts, we wanted to highlight the emotional and practical value of the products from a user perspective.
We shifted from small tech creators to mid‑tier lifestyle influencers who demonstrated how the devices help users care for their families and pets. I managed end‑to‑end execution, including talent scouting, negotiations, bookings, briefs, content review, deliverable tracking, and final reporting.
The campaign delivered a 200% increase in engagement versus the previous initiative, halving the cost per view, and significantly improving ROI.

The Gnome (Shortfilm)
Inspired by years in feminist spaces where stories of sexual abuse were painfully common, The Gnome emerged as a quiet reflection on abuse, gaslighting, and their psychological impact. The script caught the attention of filmmaker Azmayeen Rhythm, and after securing financing, we moved into production with a team representing more than eight nationalities.
Synopsis: After a drunken night, Clara, a young woman in Los Angeles, brings home a creepy garden gnome that begins to exert a sinister presence in her apartment, slowly forcing her to confront buried memories.

Laura Lara about personal and national identity
in the context of migration, we set out to capture the reflections of our Latin American peers in a short documentary, hoping at best to gain new insights and at the very least to connect with other Latino migrants.
